For the E-Learning team, we are looking for a
Employee: Community Management E-Learning, 30%
As part of the E-Learning team, you will actively shape the digitally influenced learning community at ZHdK. You will develop and manage community formats at the intersection of art, technology, and education, bringing current trends, language, and communication forms into our learning culture.
The tasks include:
- Conceptualization, development, and management of new community formats
- Editorial management of the E-Learning blog and the platform ELLA
- (Topic planning, content creation)
- Editing and design of the newsletter (Postmaster)
- Organization and execution of community events
- Coordination of further training
- Collaboration in the development of asynchronous further training offers
- Content creation for internal formats, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Maintenance and updating of intranet and website content (TYPO3)
- Support in communication and marketing for formats such as PAUL, Modcast, and network events
For this versatile position, we are looking for a creative, digitally savvy person with a sense for community building, design, and language. You bring with you:
- a completed degree in CAST, Trends & Identity, Visual Communication, Media Design, or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, content creation, or community management
- eloquence and editorial experience in producing multimedia content (text, image, video)
- creativity, initiative, and organizational talent
- understanding of Gen Z and Millennial target groups and their digital habits
- team spirit and enthusiasm for innovative learning formats
