About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- Shift times: Mon-Sun between 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Support of the patient admission team in the alpine emergency center at the Interlaken location
- Responsible for the administrative admission of our
national and international emergency patients, which requires correct and rapid
recording of patient data - Collecting fees for services provided to outpatient self-payers
Your Competencies
- You are proficient in computer use
- Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills, both spoken and written, are required
- You appreciate the advantages of evening and night shifts and are not deterred by short-term shift requests
- You can handle stressful situations in the emergency department
- You value a customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
- You are at least 18 years old
