Your tasks:

Financing advice for property buyers and owners, processing leads generated by our teams in German and English

Developing the optimal financing strategy for our customers

Processing financing requests and negotiating with financial partners

Risk analysis and pension advice related to financing

Calculating the potential for tax optimization considering all factors

Comprehensive personal support of each file and accompanying your customers through all financing steps (notary, bank, insurance, etc.)

Building a relationship of trust and supporting your customers with modern tools

Following the company strategy and achieving set goals

Expanding your network and strengthening your reputation as an expert in real estate financing

Job Requirements

What you bring:

2+ years of experience in mortgage and/or insurance (consulting or analysis)

Experience in mortgage brokerage is an advantage

Knowledge of various financing solutions and insurance products (life insurance, death, disability)

Sales affinity and enjoyment in dealing with customers

Excellent communication skills in German, fluent knowledge of English (at least B1)

Strong customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills with active listening

Flexible, open, dynamic, solution-oriented, and autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities

Independent and proactive in daily work, but also team-oriented

Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines

VBV or IAF diploma is an advantage
