How you can make an impact
As a Manager Financial Services within Deloitte Digital, you will work with Switzerland’s leading major and mid-market financial institutions to shape how they interact with their clients on a daily basis. Using agile and CX principles, you will take the lead in the conceptualization, design and delivery of customer-facing digital products, analyze front office processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CX and digital product engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes
- Take full ownership of project delivery, managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams across design, technology, and business functions to ensure seamless execution
- Establish and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on digital transformation, customer experience, and product strategy engagements
- Champion agile project management practices, continuously improving delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality
- Mentor and develop team members and subject matter experts, building functional expertise and leadership capabilities within both client and partner organizations
- Lead presentations and workshops with senior leadership, clearly articulating complex business challenges and digital solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives within the Financial Services practice
- Be an intrapreneur and further shape your personal and professional skillsets through engagement with initiatives you’re passionate about within Deloitte
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in finance, business/economics, digital management, or STEM subjects
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a transformative role at a financial institution, or in a consultancy / agency working for financial services clients with evidence of delivering end-to-end projects in the relevant space
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust quickly
- Strong project management skills including agile development and ability to manage large-scale projects from brief to delivery
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate business problems and digital solutions to senior stakeholders
- Competent in developing and nurturing functional expertise to lead and grow teams of experts with partner- and client organizations
- Passion for the value that CX and digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses
