You continue to build a consulting team, develop it purposefully, and coach it daily:

• Health consultants
• Pharmacists

Your goal:

At Chrüterhüsli, leadership takes place in everyday life. Directly on the floor.

• You are mostly present on the floor
• You plan administrative tasks so that they take place as close to the action as possible
• later: less consulting, but intensive coaching
• You are present, visible, approachable, and develop your team in real time
