- Written and oral advice, handling and follow-up of legal claims for our Private and Corporate clients in the field of social insurance law, private insurance, medical law, patient law, and related areas.
- Drafting and conducting procedures in social and private insurance matters before various cantonal and federal judicial authorities.
- Conducting negotiations with insurers, opposing parties, and authorities.
- Participation in inter-team projects related to the development of the legal service.
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Complete university education in Swiss law, Bar exam a plus, FSA diploma a strong asset.
- Several years of experience within an insurance institution or a specialized firm in this field.
- Ability to draft and conduct administrative procedures before various judicial authorities.
- Good management of a significant workload and autonomy in working methods.
- Quick and pragmatic problem analysis and search for precise and adapted solutions.
- Good client contact and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and very good written expression.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset.
