Assistant to the Head of Outpatient Services 80% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks for the head of outpatient services
- Preparation, support, and minute-taking of meetings
- Support in process, project, and document management
- Creating lists / evaluations and support with controlling tasks
- Interface management
- Rejection management
- Organization of events
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training in healthcare or medical training with further education in commercial healthcare
- Knowledge of tariff systems / outpatient billing, ideally in the psychiatric field
- Confident handling of common IT tools
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Networked thinking and independent, goal-oriented action
- Strong personality with structured working method and winning manner
- Willingness to regularly work at different locations (Sursee and Kriens)
