Customer Retention Manager (m/f/d) 50%
What to expect from us:
- You monitor usage, feedback, and cancellation signals to identify at-risk customers early. You also interpret key KPIs to derive actions that prevent cancellations, secure renewals, and close usage gaps.
- You have direct contact with customers who are cancelling or dissatisfied to clarify complaints and find a solution together.
- To reduce cancellations, you take targeted measures. These include coaching, webinars, process optimizations, and function training.
- You reduce inactive and suspended accounts by proactively approaching customers and identifying usage obstacles.
- Collaboration with the departments of Support, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success helps you make systematic problems visible and drive improvements.
- With your interconnected thinking, you also support upselling and cross-selling when measures or add-ons create clear customer benefits.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed commercial basic training or a comparable education; business administration further training is an advantage.
- You also bring 2–5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role (e.g., software, telecommunications, customer/retention specialist).
- Your communicative, assertive, and solution-oriented personality distinguishes you, and you convince with high initiative and good numerical understanding.
- A structured, independent, and at the same time team-oriented working style also belongs to your daily work.
- Your mother tongue is French (or similar level) and you have very good English skills. German or Italian are a plus.
