What you can achieve
- Telephone and counter service
- Preparing, processing, and post-processing incoming mail in the electronic archive
- Recording biometric data for the production of foreigner permits
- Issuing and extending VISAs
- Receiving applications and recording ISR travel documents
- Extending and modifying existing foreign law permits
- General secretarial work
What distinguishes you for this
- Commercial basic training, professional experience is an advantage
- Interest in public administration and migration law and political issues
- Confident handling of common IT tools and affinity for IT topics
- Confident written and oral expression in German
- Foreign language skills (at least English and a second national language)
- Independent and efficient working style
- Ability to remain calm in hectic situations
