• You independently manage the general and subsidiary ledgers
  Process daily business with rebookings of the cash register and clearing accounts, pre-record creditor invoices, obtain approval, post, generate payment runs
• Handle internal/external mail
• Support in outpatient billing
  Maintain master data
  Systematic controls
  Create invoices
• You assist us with monthly and annual closing tasks
• You can take on additional tasks depending on capacity and interest

• Completed commercial training or many years of professional experience in accounting/finance
• Professional experience in healthcare and knowledge of tariff structures in healthcare is an advantage or strong motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and continuously learn
• A structured and proactive working style combined with a pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking
• Independent, motivated, team-oriented, and resilient personality
• High service orientation and flexibility as well as the ability to act independently
