Full Professor, Associate or Assistant in the Field of Special Education and Learning
Description
Full-time position including teaching at the bachelor and master levels in special education. The holder will be responsible for designing and leading research programs in the field of the position, including submitting grant applications to the Swiss National Science Foundation or other Swiss and foreign bodies. He/she will be responsible for coordinating a research team and supervising doctoral theses. Furthermore, he/she will be entrusted with administrative and leadership duties as well as management and organizational responsibilities related to the specific field of the position within the University, the Faculty, the Department of Educational Sciences, and the University Institute for Teacher Education (IUFE).
Requirements
Candidates will have proven expertise in the field of "special education and learning," scientific skills demonstrated by internationally recognized publications in the field of the position, as well as proven ability to actively develop an original domain, initiate innovative research, lead a team, and develop networks with scientific and professional communities related to the position. They will also have university teaching experience and active involvement in international networks in the field of the position.
Required degree: PhD in Educational Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
