Maintenance Specialist – for an exciting permanent position
Activities
- Carrying out maintenance cleaning in and around the properties
- Checking building technology as well as performing minor repair and maintenance work
- Care and maintenance of green areas
- Maintenance and care of machines and equipment
- Organization and supervision of waste management
- Support with winter service
Requirements
- Completed training as a janitor or maintenance specialist EFZ (specialization in building services) or several years of experience in a comparable function
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Reliable, flexible and well-groomed personality
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness for flexible or irregular assignments
