Job Description

• Control, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and infrastructure facilities.
• Identification and troubleshooting of technical faults in buildings and equipment.
• Support in waste management, inventory management and green space maintenance.
• Participation in cleaning and maintenance work.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist
• Sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Flexibility, resilience and ability to cooperate
• Manual skills and interest in technical systems
• Very good knowledge of German, foreign languages are an advantage
