Do you want to actively shape the future of Green?

In this central position, you take responsibility for Business Continuity Management (BCM) at Green and specifically develop our BCMS further – always in line with the requirements of ISO 22301. Your task is to ensure that our critical business processes run smoothly even in exceptional situations. At the same time, you drive the company-wide anchoring of resilience and thus strengthen Green's future viability.

You work closely with internal departments, management, and external partners and take overall professional responsibility for BCM – even without direct leadership responsibility.

Your area of responsibility

• Development, control, and continuous further development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to ISO 22301 to ensure the resilience and business continuity of Green
• Conducting risk and business impact analyses in collaboration with the departments to identify critical processes, resources, and dependencies and to develop appropriate recovery and emergency strategies
• Ensuring the quality and feasibility of BCM concepts through complete and consistent documentation as well as the definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
• Planning, conducting, and accompanying exercises, tests, and simulations to verify the effectiveness of the strategies, as well as preparation and support for audits and certifications according to ISO 22301
• Identifying improvement potentials and consistently implementing them to continuously optimize the BCMS
• Creating management reports and decision-making bases for the management as well as close cooperation with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as experience in organizing and conducting training and BCM tests
• Sound knowledge in dealing with technical and critical infrastructures, especially with increased security requirements
• Very good knowledge of relevant ISO standards, especially 22301, 31000, and 31010
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills that enable effective collaboration with various stakeholders
• Flexibility, a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Networked thinking and the ability to keep an overview even in complex situations
• Completed technical or commercial training, supplemented by relevant further education
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written 
• Assertiveness as well as the ability to act in a structured and reliable manner even under higher workloads
• A team-oriented personality who contributes to achieving goals with commitment and collegiality
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
