Job description

We are looking for a Senior PLM Project Manager to support the deployment of the Model Based Enterprise (MBE) within production activities. Your role will be to ensure operational implementation, structuring deployment plans, and managing change with the business teams.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

Design the deployment roadmaps for each production sector.
Define the schedules, coordinate necessary deliverables, and lead Go/No Go reviews during ramp-up phases.
Monitor deployments on the ground, identify improvement opportunities, and frame requests for evolution (software, methodologies, data).
Lead change management with production teams.
Manage project teams and ensure cross-functional coordination.
Define and monitor key success indicators.
Produce clear and structured reporting to management committees.

🎯 Your profile:

Engineering degree HES / EPF or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of product-process industrialization and associated tools.
Excellent mastery of PLM, CAD/CAM environments, and technical data management.
Proven experience in project management, cross-functional leadership, and digital transformation.
Demonstrated skills in change management.
Clear communication, natural leadership, and ability to unite teams.
Strong autonomy, sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset.
