Tasks
- Support of residents in daily care and supervision
- Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilization, and dressing
- Support in everyday life (meals, activities, social care)
- Household tasks
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as Health and Social Assistance (AGS) or equivalent
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
- Good knowledge of German
