FORTYSEVEN is the wellness thermal spa of the Health Promotion Foundation Bad Zurzach + Baden and combines relaxation, deceleration, and health promotion in a special place. The modern design by the renowned architect Mario Botta meets the natural power of the warm thermal spring here, creating a unique atmosphere for conscious breaks. With thermal and sauna worlds, spa offers, as well as gastronomy and event formats, FORTYSEVEN offers space for relaxation, regeneration, and new energy. As a meeting place, it complements the foundation's range of services and makes health tangible in everyday life.

For our SPA area, we are looking for experienced, motivated, and warm personalities as

Wellness Masseur*in for the season 40-80% from September 2026 to April 2027

At 80% workload - fixed working days from Thursday to Sunday or from Friday to Monday

At 60% workload - fixed working hours from Thursday to Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

At 40% workload - fixed working hours from Monday to Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. or fixed working hours from Thursday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

In this extremely interesting position, you represent the new wellness thermal spa FORTYSEVEN. You have the opportunity to create a unique guest experience with your professional know-how and your cheerful personality. With enthusiasm, you pamper our guests and convey a unique feeling of well-being.

Your area of responsibility:

• With passion and a fine sense, you pamper our guests with wellness massages - especially the classic massages suit you well and you take our guests on a wellness journey
• You are also familiar with various body treatments, including, for example, body scrubs.
• With your professional know-how, you skillfully care for and advise our guests about our products and offers in the spa area to provide them with the best possible experience
• Hygiene and safety standards are an important aspect of your work. Therefore, you place great value on cleanliness and order in the treatment rooms to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in a pleasant environment

You bring with you:

• You have completed training as a masseur*in and have further trained in the field of wellness massages
• You have several years of experience in upscale hotels or in a wellness facility/spa
• You have a good command of German and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is, of course, a plus
• Ideally, you are familiar with our cash/access system TAC

• A warm, well-groomed, and communicative manner characterizes you, and you enjoy working with demanding guests
• Both independent work and effective teamwork are among your strengths, as you support each other to ensure smooth operations
• Quality and the service mindset are essential to you and highly valued by you.
• You don’t mind working in shifts, on weekends, or public holidays.
• For these tasks, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are used to being on your feet all day. Also keep in mind that we always have warm temperatures and the humidity in a thermal spa can be quite high – you should like that
