Requirements
Service training and solid experience in high-end à-la-carte dining service and well-frequented establishments, can demonstrate excellent wine knowledge, speaks German and English, host/hostess with heart and conviction, feels comfortable in a young, family-run business and a sporty yet dignified environment with diverse, interesting guests, is eager to work, friendly, and accommodating.
