Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio of residential properties for institutional clients
- Professional leadership of an assistant
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Managing the entire rental process from termination to re-rental
- Conducting handovers of apartments and ancillary objects
- Competent handling of tenant concerns
- Checking utility cost statements
- Monitoring the structural condition of the properties and organizing maintenance work
- Preparing reports, budgets, as well as control and condition reports
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate in property management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally in residential properties
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
- Even as a real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
