Co-Educator 50-60%

To complement our «Fugu» daycare team in Zurich Affoltern, we are looking for a co-educator 50-60% starting in April or by arrangement.

«Fugu» daycares are a private company aiming to expand family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu» house is located at Wehntalerstrasse 400 in the Glaubten development in the center of Affoltern in district 11. Parking spaces for dropping off and picking up children are also available. We have 340m2 of bright rooms available, which we have designed and furnished to be child-friendly. Opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

As a co-educator, you give your full commitment across several groups and are a valuable support for the group leaders. You represent the group leaders during vacation absences and demonstrate your leadership skills. Continuing education is a matter of course for us. TASKS

• Care and support of children in everyday life
• Constructive collaboration with the group leader and support in daily routines
• Assistance in planning and conducting excursions
• Assistance in planning and implementing regular parent events
• Professional work with parents
• Independent leadership of the children's group according to our educational principles as well as independent assumption of all related tasks during the group leader's absence

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in childcare
• Resilience and great commitment in working with children
• Reliable, independent, and organized working style
• Motivation, joy, and interest in working with children and the team
• Positive and professional appearance
