Due to a retirement in the team of the spatial planning department, we are looking for a

Project Manager / Specialist Building Permit Review 70 - 80%

• Responsible for the independent management of the building permit system
• Processing of public display and approval procedures
• Providing information, support and advice to builders and architects
• Responsible for advertising and reviewing incoming applications
• Responsible for the review of parcel mutations
• Leading strategic and operational projects and planning of the municipality
• Supervising and managing commissioned engineering and planning offices
• Preparing documents and concept sketches as a basis for planning assignments
• Reviewing and approving volume calculations for water/sewage connection fees
• Secretary in the Technical Commission TK and the specialist committee FOG (organization, advice, minutes and motions to the municipal council)
• Completed technical vocational training in construction
• Training as a construction manager, technician, architect or a comparable education/training would be desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the building permit system as well as in planning and building law
• Good IT skills (MS Office, CMI Axioma an advantage)
• Structured and systematic way of working
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Teamwork, flexibility, pronounced social skills
• An interesting and responsible activity with a high degree of personal responsibility
