Your Tasks
· Leadership and organization of the operation including the drivers with about 25 employees
· Proper provision of fresh meat and meat product orders
· Ensuring and monitoring hygiene and quality standards
· Responsible for timely delivery to customers
· Goods and inventory management in the SAP S4 system
· Personnel management
· Participation in the preparation and implementation of the new building at the Orbe site with commissioning in 2027
Your Profile
· Completed basic training as a meat specialist EFZ or similar training or several years of professional experience in this field
· Experience in the food forwarding/transport sector (driver C/E an advantage)
· German and French (bilingual) spoken and written
· PC skills, SAP knowledge an advantage
· Precise working method
· Self-responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
· Experience in a similar position
· Place of residence/work: Western Switzerland
