Job Description
As head of clinic, with or without a specialty title, you ensure the psychiatric follow-up of patients/detainees within the service (closed or open environment).
You work in a demanding clinical setting, at the intersection of care, justice, and security issues, in close collaboration with experienced multidisciplinary teams.
Your approach is based on an individualized therapeutic method aimed at stabilizing mental disorders, re-educating symptoms, and preventing relapse. You contribute to comprehensive care that respects the dignity of individuals and the ethical principles specific to psychiatry in a context of constraint. In this role, you work in a coordinated manner with professionals with complementary skills, such as nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
Alongside your activity, you have the opportunity to complete, if not already done, your integrated postgraduate training contributing to obtaining the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Qualifications
You hold a federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Medical Professions Commission of the Federal Office of Public Health (MEBEKO).
If you already hold your specialization title, you possess the cantonal practice license or are able to obtain it before starting the position.
For non-French speakers, a C1 level in spoken and written French is required.
Experience in the field of deprived liberty persons is an asset, and you already have some experience in psychiatry.
As part of your employment, a police check will be conducted for your assignment in a closed environment.
