What is this role about?
You actively drive the sustainable growth of Flow Solutions by tapping into strategic market opportunities. At the same time, you strengthen customer loyalty through targeted measures.
What tasks will you take on?
- You develop the global growth strategy for Flow Solutions, monitor its performance, and adjust it specifically to market trends.
- You manage international collaboration with sales organizations, drive initiatives in market and customer development, and identify new applications and business opportunities.
- You manage the sales process for customer projects, create convincing offers, work closely with local and global sales teams, and translate complex technology into clear value propositions.
- You further develop new ideas together with customers, partners, and internal teams, support marketing materials, and ensure successful product launches.
- You represent Flow Solutions to customers and industry players, promote market presence, and conduct technical training and seminars for customers and internal sales organizations.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, automation, process engineering, or mechanical engineering – complemented by further training in strategic marketing, business development, or sales.
- You bring proven success in international strategic marketing, business development, or technically demanding sales projects.
- You impress with solid knowledge in the process industry, measurement technology, and process automation, as well as experience in leading global market initiatives.
- You convince with a structured, analytical, and customer-oriented way of working and build resilient multicultural networks.
- You communicate fluently in English and confidently in German, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage), and are willing to travel internationally 15–30% of the time.
