Office for Migration and Civil Law | 60-100 % | Davos Wolfgang
The Office for Migration and Civil Law currently has 230 employees at over 20 locations and is responsible for the entire range of tasks in the field of migration, i.e., in particular, granting and revocation of permits, accommodation and care, enforcement of deportations, as well as integration. Additionally, documents for Swiss citizens are issued, naturalizations are carried out, and supervision of the civil status authorities is exercised. The headquarters of the Office for Migration and Civil Law is in Chur.
We are looking for an employee for the care of asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors for the Office for Migration and Civil Law starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Care, employment, household and health services, completion of administrative tasks
- Support, accompaniment, and promotion of everyday coping
- Teaching and practicing basic skills that are essential for later independence
- Contact person for all life situations, building trust
- Support for other employees and center management

- Completed basic training in social pedagogy, care, medicine, or a similar field
- Independent as well as goal- and team-oriented work
- Resilience and empathy in dealing with young people from different cultural backgrounds
- Patience, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Foreign language skills and a driver's license for PW are an advantage
