Health Specialist Night Watch (a)

At HPZH, we accompany and support children and adolescents with disabilities on their way to an independent life - from kindergarten to school leaving. We are currently looking for reinforcement for our cognitive development boarding school's night watch team.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for maintaining nighttime peace and provide medical and nursing support.
- You are responsible for one to two residential groups with a total of around four to eight children and adolescents.
- You ensure the flow of information to the day teams and thus ensure smooth transitions between residential groups and night watch.
- Incidents and special events during the night are reliably documented by you, you perform minor administrative tasks, and participate in meetings.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a health specialist and have already gained many years of professional experience.
- You have experience working with children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and enjoy it.
- You have already gained experience working as a night watch. You work independently and responsibly during the night and are not afraid to work alone for extended periods and be there for the children and adolescents.
- You are flexible and enjoy contributing to the development and further improvement of the night watch system.
