The Intercantonal Fire Brigade Training Center offers diverse training and educational opportunities for members of the fire brigade and is looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a

Your main tasks

• Managing accounts payable including payment transactions
• Accounts receivable (quotes, order confirmations, invoices including dunning)
• Preparation of periodic evaluations and settlements (including VAT)
• Participation in annual financial statement tasks
• Processing the compensation of militia employees in payroll accounting

If interested and suitable, active participation in the training of apprentices in the commercial area is also possible.

Your profile

You have a commercial education, practical experience in a similar role, and ideally have completed further training as an accounting clerk (or equivalent). You are a reliable, punctual, and trustworthy person with an efficient and precise working style. You enjoy juggling numbers, thrive on challenging tasks, and communicate confidently in German. You are loyal, think in networks, and appreciate teamwork as well as contact with internal and external customers.

If, in addition to very good IT user skills (especially Microsoft Office and ideally also Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Abacus), you also have a flair for IT support, it would be conceivable as job enrichment that you take on part of the internal first-level support.
