Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for employees on personnel-related questions
- You coordinate the recruiting process (job advertisements, applicant correspondence, interview coordination)
- You prepare employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
- You are responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit (AHV / BVG / QSt.)
- You maintain and manage personnel data in the HR system
- You take care of payroll preparation and work closely with our trustee
- You participate in HR projects and process optimizations
Your background
- You have completed commercial training with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate or similar)
- You bring professional experience in the HR field
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with HR tools
- You work discreetly, reliably, and structured
- You enjoy supporting your colleagues and are a team player
