HR Administration Specialist from 90 to 100%
Key information about the position:
Reference: CLS/RH/2026.756 / Contract type: Permanent contract from 90 to 100% / Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible hours) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
To succeed the current holder, we are looking for our new colleague. In this key role, you will be the reference person for HR administrative aspects with managers and employees in the administrative, hotel, and medico-technical fields.
What will you be expected to do?
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the employee life cycle (entries, transfers, exits)
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and various correspondence
- Manage administrative procedures related to social insurances (AVS, LPP, withholding tax, permits, family allowances, etc.)
- Follow up on medical certificates and prepare accident and illness declarations
- Ensure payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll and Social Insurance Manager and provide backup support
- Respond to and support managers and employees regarding HR administrative questions
- Be the contact person for time management issues (PEP PolyPoint), as well as the Employee Space (HRIS) and provide user training
- Keep HR dashboards, indicators, and statistics up to date
- Participate in the training and support of interns and apprentices
- Be proactive and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Who will you work with?
What do we expect from you?
Essentials:
- Hold a HR manager certificate
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Master French (level C1) as well as common IT tools
- Demonstrate a strong customer orientation allowing you to quickly understand interlocutors, their challenges, and propose pragmatic solutions
- Have effective communication skills
- Enjoy teamwork and develop collaborative approaches
- Be a trustworthy, autonomous, organized person (task prioritization and meeting deadlines) and rigorous
Your assets:
- Have good knowledge of OPALE bluePearl and PEP PolyPoint software
- Have solid experience in payroll management within a medium-sized structure
