Start your career as a Consultant in our Tax & Legal team and advise our clients on solving complex local and global tax issues. Our M&A Tax team supports (inter)national companies and renowned private equity firms in realizing cross-border transactions and restructuring projects. In your new role, you will advise national and international clients on proven strategies that optimize their tax management and provide global insights. Who we are looking for

- You have a flair for numbers and a thirst for knowledge that enriches our projects with new perspectives
- Bachelor or Master in Law, Business Administration, or a similar field, ideally with tax knowledge
- Confident communication in German and English. Additional language skills are an advantage

Your new team consists of 10 energetic and diverse colleagues. Together, as the M&A team, you support various international and national clients in company acquisitions and mergers.
