For our client - a leading global private bank - we are hiring an Expert to take on the role as Pricing Project Lead - Pricing & Revenue Development

This opportunity offers to play a key role in shaping the future of pricing and revenue development. As Pricing Project Lead, you'll drive innovation by leading the transformation of critical pricing tools and processes - turning business needs into smart, scalable solutions.

Your mission:

• Lead the replacement of an old pricing process tool with an innovative re-pricing tool.
• Convert business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure functional testing and validation to meet business expectations.
• Assess data suitability for feature development and deliver actionable insights.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive team efficiency as project lead.
• Manage collaboration across business team members and developers.

Job Details:

• Start: 10.11.2025 (flexible)
• Duration: Initial contract until 31.03.2027 - option to extend
• Place of work: Hybrid, Zürich and Remote (only allowed within Switzerland)
• Workload: 100%
• Employment Type: Through Swisslinx

Requirements:

Your Profile:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong focus on financial services pricing, tool development & processes.
• Good understanding of different core banking systems, including HOST/T24.
• Strong interest in product design and digital solution delivery
• In-depth knowledge of pricing in the banking sector.
• Language skills: English, German fluent written and spoken
