- Responsibility for operation and further development of central platform components such as OpenShift, Container Registry, and Monitoring (On-Premise)
- Building, maintaining, and further developing standardized build, test, and release processes
- Support and gradual modernization of our existing DevOps toolchain (TeamCity, IIS)
- Proactive incident management to ensure stability and performance
- Ensuring security, compliance, and governance requirements in the deployment environment
- Evaluation of new technologies and tools for continuous improvement of the platform and processes
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and best practices
- Support of our development teams in containerization, deployment, and operation of their applications
- Close collaboration with development, architecture, and IT security
- Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role in software development
- Understanding of build, test, and release processes in software projects
- Proven experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with CI/CD systems, ideally ArgoCD, Tekton, and TeamCity as well as with Git.
- Knowledge in managing and securing container registries (Harbor)
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (ELK stack, Sentry)
- Familiar with security and compliance requirements in the container environment
- Experience with C# and/or React is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high analytical thinking and abstraction skills
- Proven ability to keep DevOps processes simple and focus on added value
- Very good problem-solving skills and security awareness
- Good, structured communication skills as well as proven experience in target group-oriented knowledge transfer about platform and processes to different audiences
- Team-oriented, proactive working style and high self-motivation
- Experience with agile working methods and prioritization
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
