For the Assisted Living department, we are looking for two motivated, committed, service-oriented, and reliable individuals to start immediately or by arrangement
Care Specialist (80%-100%)
Your future tasks:
- Effectively shaping everyday life: You create a homely environment, strengthen the autonomy & health of the service users, and effectively implement educational measures as a key contact person.
- Mastering crises confidently: You recognize challenging situations early, organize immediate help in crises, and take responsibility – professionally guided and solution-oriented.
- Accompanying & guiding: You conduct conversations with relatives/professionals, support co-caregivers, interns & trainees, and ensure clear information flow.
- Living quality: You promote the participation of service users; trust, empathy, respect, and reliability characterize your actions. You maintain documentation, organize meetings, and implement safety regulations appropriately.
- Meaningful shifts: Shift & on-call duty within the defined workload, structured onboarding & further training – in a committed team with noticeable scope for design.
Our ideal candidate:
- Completed EFZ training as FABE with several years of professional experience
- High social competence, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility
- Quick comprehension
- Enjoyment in working with people with support needs
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
