Your missions:
As Head of MRT, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational development of the department:

• Lead and coordinate the organization and projects of the radiology department
• Manage a committed team, promoting cohesion, communication, and autonomy
• Ensure the quality of services by implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote innovation, cross-functionality, and interdisciplinary work for the benefit of patients
• Assume your clinical role as MRT and be a reference point for the team and partners.

Your profile:

• Diploma as a medical radiology technician (HES) or equivalent
• Proven experience: Minimum 3 years in a hospital environment and 5 years in management
• Management training level 1, or willingness to undertake it.
• Mastery of French and good knowledge of German
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, autonomy, ability to inspire your teams, flexibility

Profile

• Diploma as a radiology specialist HF or equivalent training
• Proven professional experience: at least 3 years in hospital care and 5 years in management
• Management training at level 1 or willingness to complete it
• French with good knowledge of German
• Strong leadership skills, organizational skills, independence, ability to encourage your teams, flexibility
