Institution Management / Member of the Executive Board

Under the umbrella of the Kinderheim Brugg Foundation, the three institutions Kinderheim
Brugg, Stift Olsberg, and Familynetwork offer a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and families in need of protection and assistance with increased
care requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Managing the institution financially, personnel-wise, and organizationally
Responsible for the quality of the institution's educational offerings and
compliance with the service mandate
Controlling regarding the completeness of the assigned tasks as well as their efficient, effective, and timely completion
Further development of the offerings in line with strategic goals
Participation in the strategic work of the entire foundation
Performing operational representation tasks externally in coordination with the managing director
Membership in the executive board of the Kinderheim Brugg Foundation
Your profile:
A degree at the university of applied sciences level in special education, pedagogy,
psychology, health, social work, as well as further training in leadership and/or finance
Solid financial and pronounced social skills
Affinity for project work
Sense of responsibility and high resilience
Networked and analytical thinking and very good IT skills
At least 35 years old
At least three years of leadership experience
