Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (80 - 100% workload)
Your area of responsibility
- Treatment and basic care for our clients at home
- Case management and needs assessments
- Taking over daily responsibility and contact person for all involved professional groups such as palliative bridging service and general practitioners
- Support and guidance of trainees during training (recognize, promote and strengthen resources)
Your profile
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent recognized training
- Enjoyment of nursing activities and dealing with people in need of help
- Social skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Independent working style
- Good German skills and driving license category B
