We are looking for immediate or agreed start
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
- Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests including RAI nursing needs assessment
- Co-responsibility for documentation and performance recording (RAI)
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Taking over daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
Your profile and qualifications
- Completed training as a Dipl. nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognized by the SRK
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, flexible, and responsible working style
- Quality awareness and service readiness
- High social competence, teamwork, openness, and resilience
