• Responsibility for ongoing quality development, including digitalization, according to the guidelines of the Board of Trustees, the specialist committee, and the responsible authorities
• Development and review of conceptual and operational foundations, especially for client support, in close cooperation with the area and site management 
• Ensuring the further training of employees in quality-relevant topics 
• Application support ELIZA
• Responsibility for operational quality assurance (QMS documentation, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, reporting office, measures management, process review, risk management) 
• Professional leadership of internal specialist departments 

• FH/HF education in social pedagogy/social work/psychiatry, pedagogy or educational sciences                  
• Further training and several years of experience in QM and project management 
• Administrative, organizational and planning skills 
• Observation, reflection and empathy skills, high empathy 
• Ability to accept criticism and reach consensus 
• Target group-appropriate oral and written communication skills
