About the job

Comprehensive management of the R&D budget including planning, forecasting, reporting as well as target-actual and variance analyses

Creation and evaluation of business plans and profitability calculations for new products and development projects as a decision basis for management

Further development of meaningful reports and key figure systems for cost control and ensuring profitability

Analysis of production costs and margins to identify and implement strategic optimization potentials

Business partner for departments through sound business analyses and support of cross-departmental projects

Ensuring high data quality as well as continuous automation, standardization and further development of controlling processes and tools (global)

PROFILE:

Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable education

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company is an advantage

Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, especially EXCEL

Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and BW is an advantage

Good communication skills in German and English

Highly analytical and structured thinking skills, pragmatic approach and pronounced teamwork skills
