• You work in the Sustainability Department of Livit (supporting the improvement of the quality, availability, and storage of sustainability data, especially the energy consumption data of properties)

• You procure comprehensive ESG data, aggregate and transmit it according to the specifications of the property owners
• You accompany the future automation and digitization of sustainability data and the necessary tools, IT, and AI solutions
• You take on important tasks in sustainability projects and initiatives
• You actively participate in the further development and implementation of internal processes, directives, and templates related to sustainability
• You take on special tasks related to sustainability (e.g., e-mobility or employee awareness)

• You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree or an equivalent education/training in the real estate sector

• You bring initial professional experience in sustainability topics, ideally relevant to the real estate sector (e.g., GRESB, photovoltaics and ZEV, e-mobility, building labels, etc.)
• You have a strong affinity for data, data processing, IT, and digitization to prepare data for customers or define requirements for data deliveries and reports
• You have already gained initial experience as a project team member
• You work independently and have a structured, pragmatic, and creative approach to finding solutions
• You have excellent German skills and ideally can also communicate orally and in writing in French
