Your mission
- You actively contribute to the prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) throughout the institution, composed of four sites.
- You work transversally with nursing and medical teams and other professional groups, in close collaboration with infectiologists and the IPC team.

Your profile
Essential requirements
- Registered nurse diploma HES or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a hospital setting (minimum 3 years desired)
- Strong interest in infection prevention and control
- Ability to work independently, transversally, and in a team
- Interest in training in IPC
Assets
- Training or experience in infection prevention and control
- Knowledge of the German language

Infection prevention
- Participation in the surveillance and prevention of healthcare-associated infections
- Contribution to institutional prevention programs
- Participation in audits, practice observations, and risk situation analyses
Advice and expertise
- Advice and support to teams during particular situations and epidemic management
- Responding to service requests regarding prevention measures
- Participation in the development, updating, and dissemination of procedures and recommendations
Training and awareness
- Participation in initial and continuing training of professionals
- Raising awareness of standard precautions and additional measures
- Contribution to institutional projects related to infection prevention
