electronics manufacturing. In close cooperation with our subsidiaries in Mendrisio TI, we cover the complete
process chain, from development through production to the final assembly of electronic components.
For our headquarters, we are looking for a competent, independent
Accounting Officer 80-100 % (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
Contact person in accounting for customers/suppliers
Posting and booking of supplier invoices, creating payment runs
Booking of incoming payments, dunning
Recording and maintenance of master data
VAT settlements
Liquidity planning and cash management,
Processing of expense and credit card statements
Maintaining time reports
Conducting monthly and quarterly closings
Supporting annual financial statements
Maintaining the main and subsidiary ledgers of the subsidiaries
Your profile
Further training in accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) is an advantage
Solid practical experience in accounting
Good MS Office skills
Fluent German and good English skills
Independent and reliable working style
Strong affinity for numbers
