In our Freihof rehabilitation clinic in Baden, we offer inpatient internal medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at a high medical level. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration and the excellent expertise of the treatment teams, we tailor our efficient therapy programs individually to the needs of our patients. Our outpatient patients are treated according to current guidelines and evidence for both degenerative and inflammatory rheumatologic diseases.

For the outpatient area, we are looking for a qualified, committed, and friendly professional who complements and enriches our team with shared values. We offer you a varied range of tasks, a modern working environment, and attractive working hours (Mon – Fri from 08:00 – 12:00 – no weekend shifts).

Your tasks

• Appointment organization: You coordinate and plan appointments
• Blood sampling: You independently perform blood draws
• Infusions/Injections: You administer infusions and injections professionally
• Assistance: You assist with interventions such as infiltrations, joint punctures, etc.
• PROs: You coordinate and record Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs)
• ECG: You perform ECGs and prepare them for medical evaluation
• Consultation preparation: You prepare consultations (blood pressure, pulse, documents) and provide reports, questionnaires, anamneses, and medication lists
  
  

Your profile

• Training: Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Medical Assistant (MFA),
• Experience: Ideally, you bring rheumatological expertise or have an interest in this field
• Personality: You bring self-responsibility, process-oriented thinking, an empathetic attitude, as well as teamwork and good communication skills
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office and common clinical systems is a matter of course for you
• Languages: Good German skills are mandatory, Italian is an advantage
