To complete our team in the inpatient hemato-oncology department of the Oncology Institute of Italian Switzerland, Bellinzona site, we are looking for a
Nurse (80% - 100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for holds a nursing diploma recognized by the CRS, has at least two years of experience in an acute care ward (medicine, surgery, etc.) as well as good knowledge in the use of main IT tools. Furthermore, they have a propensity for continuous training.
The future collaborator is a person with a strong predisposition for interdisciplinary work and teamwork, as well as the ability to listen patiently and carefully to their interlocutors, assessing the situation before acting.
They are an open person, with an attitude towards constant improvement of their performance; they are able to quickly learn new techniques and, thanks to their experience and professional skills, achieve high-quality results.
They can remain calm under stress and manage difficult situations by quickly establishing priorities and finding effective solutions.
They actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive working climate and establish effective professional relationships.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention by establishing a privileged therapeutic relationship with them.
