Your tasks:
The services of FHNW at the HSM location ensure a modern, safe, and functional infrastructure for study, teaching, and research. In this versatile role, you take responsibility for procurement, equipment, and campus services and are the contact person for internal and external partners.
Your tasks include:
- Procurement and management of furniture, instruments, accessories, and special materials
- Inventory management as well as organization of warehouse management
- Standardization and setup of classrooms as well as participation in hybrid learning environments
- Support and coordination of sports offerings
- Management of access and card systems
- Technical support for AV media and electrical materials
- Collaboration with internal departments and support for campus projects such as „Campus MAB 2040“
- Taking on special tasks for the Services management
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training EFZ in facility management (housekeeping), logistics, or commercial training with a technical flair
- Experience in procurement, facility management, or infrastructure is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office 365 and willingness to familiarize yourself with inventory and database systems
- Positive mindset, organizational talent, initiative, and ability to work in a team
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions and enjoy actively shaping processes
- Manual skills and enthusiasm for technology
- Flexible willingness to work at various locations of the University of Music Basel
- Training as a safety officer (SIBE) or safety delegate (SIDE) is desirable
