You can look forward to these tasks

• Business partner – focus on logistics, production, and HR: Advising local management on financial and business management issues, supporting decision-making.
• Preparation of financial statements: Execution and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cost and investment controlling.
• Budget planning and forecasts: Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, conducting variance analyses, and monthly updating of our rolling forecast.
• Investment controlling: Financial evaluation and tracking of projects, including in the laundry environment, preparation and management of the cash flow forecast.
• Performance management: KPI analysis and derivation of recommendations for action to sustainably stabilize and optimize operational processes.
• Controlling instruments: Development and implementation of controlling tools and processes, training and support of employees.
• Ad-hoc analyses: Conducting special analyses at management's request, preparing reports, and presenting results.
• Strategic projects: Support in planning and implementing strategic company projects, analysis of financial impacts.
• System processing (Workday, Abacus, MyProtime): Maintenance of cost centers and structure, analyses, evaluations, and report generation.
• KTG & social insurance: Analysis, evaluations, and account assignment.
• HR: Support with various evaluations.

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in cost and financial controlling.
• Sound knowledge in financial analysis and reporting and a structured as well as independent working style.
• Experience with controlling tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics (D365), SAP BI, PowerBI, Workday, Abacus, Protime).
• Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are desirable.
