Your Tasks
As a member of our Culture and Everyday Life team, you ensure a fulfilling daily routine for our residents. You plan and conduct group and individual activities, handle documentation, and assist in planning and carrying out special events and celebrations for our various client groups. Together with the team, you develop new offerings considering the needs and resources of our residents and day guests. Optionally, accompanying HF activation students enriches your area of responsibility.
Your assignments are mainly Monday to Friday; for special events, you occasionally work on weekends or public holidays.
Your Profile
- Training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF
- Previous training as a health professional is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills
- Resource-oriented working method
- Empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with good communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and humor
- Independence and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
