Your Tasks
In the four-year vocational training to become a Digital Business Developer EFZ, you will optimize, digitize, and automate processes in various departments. You will deal with data and business processes, analyze and optimize them in a team, and take on tasks from daily operations. You will learn the basic knowledge in the foundational year at the external ZLI. Afterwards, you will rotate through the various departments of IT services and specialist offices throughout the city and participate in projects. Other tasks include:- You are the interface between people, business, and technology and handle communication between departments, IT, and external partners
- You support digital development, transformation, and innovation
- You take on and manage subprojects
- You create documentation and presentations and conduct training/workshops
Your Profile
- Secondary school level A or B with very good performance
- You are communicative and team-oriented and feel very comfortable exchanging with others
- You have good skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- You have interest and enjoyment in technology
- You are an organizational talent and can manage and prioritize your time and tasks well
- You enjoy researching and working with numbers and facts
