Tasks
- Participation in lessons, support of the teacher
- Accompaniment and promotion of individual students or a group of students
- Care tasks
- Collaboration with teachers, interns, and parents
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Taking over the practical training of apprentices
- Implementation of the students' educational plan and
- Maintaining contacts with the cooperation partner
- Quarterly review and discussion of the learning documentation for effective quality assurance
Requirements
- Completed training as a Care Specialist for people with disabilities (mandatory)
- Completed course as a Vocational Trainer (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of German
- If possible, experience with students with cognitive disabilities or in the special school sector
- If possible, experience with students with autism spectrum disorder
- Motivated, resilient, flexible personality with team-oriented thinking and acting
- Interest in issues of remedial education and school development
