Responsibilities:

• Organize, clean and maintain the work premises as well as kitchen equipment in good condition
• Store all cleaned items in the designated areas
• Wash kitchen equipment in compliance with all hygiene procedures and standards established by the school
• Ensure that all access and circulation areas in the kitchen are clear and clean
• Use cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements
• Ensure proper waste management and transport

Profile and experience:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Flexibility with working hours
• Team player, dynamic, rigorous, efficient, versatile
• Sense of cleanliness and initiative
• Fluent French, English is a plus
• Driving license is an advantage

• Activity rate: 90% (annualized contract)
